Coaching Vision

Much coaching focuses on what is “wrong”: what you still need to learn, solve, or change. Sometimes that helps, but underneath it often lies the idea that you have to become something first before you are good enough.

My vision is precisely that at your core, you are already whole and complete. From the moment you were born, you already were you. Beneath all expectations, labels, and conditioning, that unique person still remains.

In life, we often learn that we must be smart, successful, strong, or perfect to be loved or valuable. That we must keep going, perform, and above all, not feel too much. It is precisely there that stress, exhaustion, and ultimately burnout often arise: when you live too long based on what is expected of you, instead of based on who you truly are.

My vision is therefore not focused on “what is missing,” but on returning to who you already are in essence. From that wholeness, more peace, energy, and direction often emerge. You don’t have to become someone else, but rather come home to yourself more and more. From there, you can make choices that truly suit you, and we formulate concrete steps to get there.
